Go to dashboard>click on Add New under Post menu of navigation bar
following the words upload /insert are a series of icons click on 1st icon which is rectangle image otherwise known as the (Add image icon)
select files< to select more than one file at a time right click off the images and a light blue box will form around all the images that you select-continue to move your mouse until you capture all the images within the box>
click on open
You can decide how you want your image to appear on the page simply click on the button next to your choice ...left right centered small
click on insert to post if you know that you have the cursor in the correct location; (if you click on save all changes you will need to go back and hit show then go back and hit insert to post button...we are only uploading one picture at a time therefore the gallery number is one but if you were uploading many pictures it would say a higher number in the gallery #)
what happens if you uploaded many images. If you click on Show
Show > can see insert into post button (halfway down the page)
go to publish modular and and hit save changes >preview

Note: if you used save changes but did not insert them on post OR decided to delete some images you can still access them from another tab at the top of the ADD MEDIA FILES FROM YOUR COMPUTER POPUP BOX
the word gallery will have a # after it, that tells you how many pictures you have uploaded
